H13 Mini-Pleat HEPA Filter

Short Description:

Mini-pleat Filter refers to the filters, overall appearance of a box-shaped, whose material using hot melt or silk line to separate.

This kind of products is the most common high-efficiency filter in today’s purification industry, applied to the terminal of a variety of clean plant filtration, cleaning workbench local purification.

Frame material:  Galvanized Steel, aluminum, stainless steel.

Filter media: Glass Fiber Paper, chemical fiber paper (PP), PTFE fiber filter paper (new material)

Separator: Hot Melt, silk thread, glass fiber paper strip.

Binder: AB glue (polyurethane), hot melt, etc.

EFFICIENCY: the efficiency of ordinary HEPA filter is ≥99.97% (0.3µm particle, or DOP method, Sodium Flame method)

ULPA is ≥99.999% (MPPS method, 0.1 ~ 0.2µm particle scanning).

Can also be made into medium efficiency, high efficiency (using different efficiency of the glass fiber)
