FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is a HEPA filter?

HEPA is an acronym for High Efficiency Particulate Air, so HEPA filters are High Efficiency Particulate Air filters. The HEPA H14 filter must capture 99.995 percent of 0.3 microns particles or even smaller ones, according to the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology.

Micron comparison

Spore: 3-40μm

Mold: 3-12 μm

Bacteria: 0.3 to 60μm

Vehicle Emissions: 1-150μm

Pure oxygen: 0.0005μm

How does the HEPA filter work?

In short, HEPA filters trap air pollutants in a complex web of fibers. Depending on the size of the particles, this can happen in four different ways: inertial collision, diffusion, interception or screening.

Larger contaminants are trapped by inertial impact and screening. The particles collide with the fibers and are caught, or are caught trying to pass through the fibers. As mid-sized particles pass through the filter, they are trapped by the fibers. Smaller particles dissipate as they pass through the filter, eventually colliding with the fibers and being trapped.

Are air purifiers only for the COVID-19 period?

In addition to being a huge help in dealing with COVID-19, air purifiers can also continue to improve air quality after the COVID-19 outbreak, significantly reducing the incidence of colds in schools or offices. It also filters allergens out of the air and prevents allergy problems during pollen season. The air purifier with humidifying function can also regulate and control humidity, protect the respiratory tract, and prevent respiratory diseases which are caused by dry air.

What are nanocrystals?

Nanocrystals are sepiolite, attapulgite and diatomite (diatom mud), which are rare non-metallic minerals in nature and are rich pore mineral adsorbents. After reasonable configuration of these minerals, nanocrystals are formed as air purifying agent products. Among them, the nano-lattice of sepiolite and attapulgite can absorb formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and other toxic and harmful nano-level small molecular polar substances in the air, while diatomite can not only absorb micron-level macromolecular air impurities, but also provide adsorption channels for nano-mineral crystals to improve the adsorption effect of nano-mineral crystals. Nanometer mineral crystal air purifier has three main features: fast adsorption speed, recyclable, and filters polar molecules.

What is the disinfection process of mobile disinfection machine?

The staff places the disinfection machine in the area to be disinfected, and start the disinfection process after closing the doors, windows, air conditioner and fresh air system. The robot runs automatically and injects disinfectant in a form of micron dry-fog. After completing the disinfection process according to the set route and disinfection formula, the dry air would continue to disinfect the air for 30 to 60 minutes. After the disinfection is completed, open the doors and windows for natural ventilation for 30 minutes, and then detect the hydrogen peroxide concentration rate in the air. When the density of hydrogen peroxide is lower than 1ppm, people can enter, and the disinfection is completed.

What kind of disinfectant should be used on dry fog sterilisation machines?

The equipment uses atomized hydrogen peroxide as the disinfectant. The hydrogen peroxide solution with the concentration of 7.5% (W/W) is injected into the machine as liquid. Through atomization, hydrogen peroxide is continuously sprayed into a closed space to denature the microbial protein and genetic material in the air and on the surface of objects, thus leading to the death of microorganisms, and as a result, achieving the purpose of disinfection.

What kinds of fungus could be disinfected by the machine?

Staphylococcus albicans, natural air bacteria, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and other black varieties were atomized and killed.

How far can it spray?

The direct injection diameter of atomizing intelligent disinfection robot is more than 5 meters, and the injection diameter of portable disinfection machine is more than 3 meters. The room to be disinfected can be quickly covered by Brown movement.

How do you operate the machine?

Intelligent disinfection machine can be controlled by a tablet, start with one key, detailed and accurate usage data during the disinfection process. The disinfection process is statistically available and can be documented /stored.

How much space can be disinfected with a charge?

The hydrogen peroxide intelligent disinfection robot can disinfect the maximum space of 1500m³ on a single charge, the portable disinfection machine can disinfect a maximum space of 100m³, the vaporization disinfection machine can disinfect a maximum space of 300m³, and the ultraviolet disinfection machine can disinfect the maximum space of 350m³.

Can the disinfection robot avoid obstacles?

Yes. Our disinfection robot can achieve self-navigation and automatic disinfection with the use of multiple obstacle avoidance sensors, such as laser, ultrasonic, depth camera, etc. Accurate positioning and ingenious obstacle avoidance can be realized.

How long is the warranty?

There is one year warranty for the whole machine, counting from the date of sale (invoice should be provided). If the disinfection machine is within the warranty period. Faults caused by the product itself can be repaired free of charge.
